I am not a technically minded person and I was a bit nervous to begin the process of having my website built. However, Kayla made it downright simple. (And fun too!) She had step by step, easy to follow instructions that made the whole process flow smoothly. She also made me feel comfortable and answered all of my questions in a way that I could understand them.
