Hey hey! I’m Kayla
— the coffee-obsessed web designer and systems strategist here at the Kayflower Collective.
My mission is to help transformational entrepreneurs bring their visions into reality through strategy, processes, frameworks and tech support so that they can structure, streamline, and scale their businesses and focus on doing what they love (taking care of their clients and living out their souls’ purpose).
I got my start as a life coach and while working on the behind-the-scenes of my dream business, I discovered my passion for systems and design. The experience of building a business, from creating a brand identity to having a fully responsive website, excited me.
I invested in life coach training but spent just as much time practicing my technical skills.
It took another coach to help me realize that I did not need to help clients in a traditional coaching role in order to fulfill my purpose of helping, inspiring and impacting.
I am a proud introvert and fall on the extreme side of introversion.
I discovered my love for web design while working on my coaching business.
I like to jam out to music when no one is looking.
I played the clarinet and was in my high school’s marching band.
I have an unhealthy obsession with spiritual and self-development books and courses.
I was able to overcome extreme shyness on my own.
I co-own a candle and wax melt business with my mom.
I feel very connected to birds and have two feathered-children (parakeets).
The Kayflower Collective is about more than design and systems. My life coaching experience and love for entrepreneurship will always be in my core.
I’ve invested in branding, graphic design, web design and many other technical courses to continuously improve my skills and help soulful entrepreneurs like you find confidence and be proud of how they are represented to the world.
